Our extra virgin olive oil AOP Provence comes from the Jaumore estate, located in Velaux, just a short distance from Aix-en-Provence. The orchard, made up of around 1,500 olive trees planted at the end of the 19th century, brings together emblematic Provençal varieties—Salonenque, Aglandau, and Bouteillan—cultivated according to the strict principles of Organic Agriculture.

Fresh and generous, this AOP Provençal olive oil offers a fine intensity on the palate, with notes of fresh grass and a balance that alternates between liveliness and roundness.
