Yellow Nectarine, Tomato, Burrata, Pecan & Basil Salad with Pecan oil
Ingrédients (serves 2) :
- 2 yellow nectarines
- 2 beefsteak heirloom tomatoes
- 1 burrata
- A handful of pecans
- A few fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Guénard 100% Virgin Pecan Oil
- Salt & ground pepper
Preparation:
Rinse the nectarines and tomatoes. Cut the nectarines into quarters and tomatoes into slices.
Drain the burrata and cut into pieces.
In a bowl, combine the nectarines, tomatoes, burrata and pecans.
Add a few fresh basil leaves.
Season with Guénard 100% virgin pecan oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Toss gently and serve chilled.
