    This virgin walnut oil from the Center Val de Loire region comes from kernels harvested by individuals in the region, and produced in our oil mill in Noyers-sur-Cher. Created for the kitchens of Chef** Christophe Hay, this oil comes exclusively from cold pressing of fruit and reveals all the authenticity of the aromas of fresh walnuts.
