Strawberry and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons Guénard Virgin Hempseed Oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons orange juice
- 400 g fresh spinach
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- Hemp seeds

Preparation

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the oil, vinegar and orange juice. Gently mix the spinach and strawberries. Pour in the vinaigrette and sprinkle hemp seeds.
