For the satay sauce:
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Guénard peanut oil
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation instructions:
Chop the chicken and place the pieces in a bowl with the olive oil and curry powder.
Mix well, cover with cling film and chill.
Pour a spoonful of oil and the chopped garlic into a saucepan. Add the honey, soy sauce, peanut butter and coconut milk. Add your spices then mix well for 2 minutes over a low heat. Finish with peanut oil and remove from the heat.

Serve the sauce on the side, and use some crushed peanuts to decorate the sauce and skewers.
