Ingredients

- 8 tablespoons Guénard Almond Oil
- 150 g flour
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 handful whole almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C (355°F). In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar and Guénard French Almond Oil using a whisk. Gradually add the flour and vanilla extract. Chop the almonds coarsely and mix them into the dough. Shape and arrange your cookies on a pan covered with a sheet of parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes.
