This 100% virgin sunflower oil, made using seeds harvested in the central Loire Valley region, is produced at our oil mill in Noyers-sur-Cher. Created for the kitchens of chef** Christophe Hay, this oil is made from sunflower seeds that are subtly toasted to reveal all of their aromas.

Pine nut oil is a rare, sweet and very fine oil. This virgin oil is extracted by pressing the lightly toasted seeds and thus has a unique taste.

From a balanced blend of several vegetable oils, the fruity walnut oil has a subtle fruity walnut taste. Composed of 50% rapeseed oil, this oil is also rich in Omega-3.
