This 100% virgin sunflower oil, made using seeds harvested in the central Loire Valley region, is produced at our oil mill in Noyers-sur-Cher. Created for the kitchens of chef** Christophe Hay, this oil is made from sunflower seeds that are subtly toasted to reveal all of their aromas.

This ‘Christophe Hay – Guénard’ branded rapeseed oil is bringing this yellow flowering plant back to the fore, showcasing all the riches of the central Loire Valley.

This gastronomic, 100% virgin Guénard rapeseed oil comes from a local selection of the best crops, which undergo a toasting test to ensure that only the best floral and herb notes are retained.

THE FRUITY OIL WITH WALNUTS

From a balanced blend of several vegetable oils, the fruity walnut oil has a subtle fruity walnut taste. Composed of 50% rapeseed oil, this oil is also rich in Omega-3.
