Ingredients (serves 8):
- 150ml milk
- 1 egg
- 60g peanuts
- 90g frozen raspberries
- A handful of fresh raspberries
- A handful of shelled peanuts
- 200g flour
- 90g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 80g soft butter
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon bitter cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Guénard 100% Virgin Peanut Oil
Préparation :
Mix the butter & peanut butter with the sugar and cocoa.
Then add the baking soda & flour to the mixture.
Add the egg, milk and a teaspoon of our 100% Virgin Peanut Oil.
Stir in the peanuts and frozen raspberries.
Mix gently.
Form the mixture into small balls, flatten slightly and place on a baking tray. Decorate each cookie with a few peanuts. Leave a space between each cookie.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Once cooked, leave the cookies to rest and cool in the open air (they may still come out slightly soft, but they will harden as they cool)
Garnish with raspberries and peanuts.
